Located about 5 miles north of Clarendon, between Amarillo and Memphis, Greenbelt Reservoir covers approximately 2000 acres and is fed by the South Fork of the Red River, Kelly Creek and Carol Creek.

Fish species of interest to sport fisherman include: largemouth bass, white crappie, channel catfish, white bass (sand bass), and walleye. Other species include smallmouth bass, flathead catfish, and a variety of sunfish.
